Independent Reviewer of the Advertising Standard Agency decisions

Ms Munby sought the Commission’s advice about taking up a role with the Advertising Standards Agency. The letter containing the Commission’s consideration and the conditions imposed on the appointment was sent in December 2025; and the appointment was taken up in January 2026.
