Establishing an independent consultancy and commission with the London School of Economics and Political Science

Sir Philip sought sought the Commission’s advice about establishing an independent consultancy and taking up a commission with the London School of Economics and Political Science. The letter containing the Commission’s consideration and the conditions imposed on the appointment was sent in January 2026; and the appointment was taken up later that month.
