Updated Civil Service Recruitment Principles Complaints Guidance 

The Civil Service Commission (the Commission) has today published an updated version of its Recruitment Principles complaints guidance, which can be found here. This guidance will provide clarity on when complaints under the Recruitment Principles can be brought to the Commission, which complaints fall within the Commission’s remit, the process of an investigation and the potential outcomes.
