First Civil Service Commissioner responds to the Leader of the Opposition

First Civil Service Commissioner Baroness Stuart responded to an enquiry from Leader of the Opposition Kemi Badenoch with regards to the role of the First Civil Service Commissioner in the appointment of the Cabinet Secretary.
